Principal Duties As a UPPAC attorney, you will: Investigate educator misconduct. Prosecute educator misconduct in administrative proceedings. Train Utah educators on Utah's educator standards and professionalism. Qualifications The Ideal Candidate The Ideal Candidate is someone who: Is a law school graduate. Is licensed to practice law in the State of Utah. Has experience teaching or working with K-12 school age students.
