Role Description This is a full-time, urgent internship position for an Upwork Bidder based in Rawalpindi, with a hybrid work model that allows some work from home. The intern will research relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms, prepare tailored proposals, and submit bids aligned with Right Tail’s services in product development, SaaS, mobile app, and blockchain solutions. Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, coordinating with technical teams to clarify scope, drafting clear and persuasive written proposals, and tracking bid status and responses. The intern will maintain organized records of opportunities, update internal dashboards, and support follow-up communication with prospective clients. Collaboration with sales and delivery teams, basic market research, and adherence to company guidelines and timelines are core parts of the role.
Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills, including clear, concise, and professional English writing for proposals and client messages.
• Ability to research projects and clients, analyze requirements, and match them with Right Tail’s services and capabilities.
• Basic understanding of software development domains such as SaaS, mobile app development, product development, and blockchain (training will be provided).
• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple bids, deadlines, and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Comfort with online platforms (e.g., Upwork), spreadsheets, and productivity tools for tracking leads and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude when coordinating with internal teams and communicating with potential clients.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Rawalpindi, with reliability, self-motivation, and accountability for independent tasks.
• Recent graduates or students in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields are encouraged to apply; prior experience in freelancing platforms or sales support is a plus.
