ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for an Urban Planner in the area of City and Territory Consulting in Barcelona. The activities to be carried out include the development of Spatial Plans, Elaborate conceptual designs, Urban renewal and regeneration, Master Planning for new cities and production centres/complexes, as well as Feasibility Studies for a diverse range of public amenities. You also will collaborate with sectorial experts to identify urban solutions. Furthermore, activities will comprise developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing of business development opportunities, and managing bidding processes. Unifying Interpersonal relationships ABOUT YOU Apply if you… Have studied a BSc degree in sciences related with Architecture, Civil Engineering, MSc in Urban Planning, Urban renewal, Resilience or related fields of knowledge. You have 2 or more years of professional experience. Proven technical expertise in the preparation of urban and regional plans and studies in the field of urban renewal and land use planning. Know how to work as part of a team and with technical rigor. Know how to work independently with an innovative spirit. Have an advanced level of English.
