Role Overview

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Coordinators / Customer Support Level 2 Specialist with prior experience in logistics to manage and convert inbound opportunities. This role is focused on handling qualified tickets from our Level 1 team, providing accurate quotes, and closing deals efficiently.

This is a fast-paced, ops-oriented support role, ideal for someone who understands logistics operations and can move quickly without sacrificing accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage inbound tickets escalated by Customer Support Level 1 (via HubSpot)
• Analyze client requirements and provide accurate service quotes (cross-docking, warehousing, rework, transloading, etc.)
• Follow up with leads promptly to close deals
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the process to confirm availability and pricing
• Update CRM (HubSpot) with accurate deal and customer information
• Ensure quick turnaround times to meet the fast-moving nature of logistics operations

Requirements

• Location: Argentina (required)
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics (preferred, minimum 1 year required) (warehouse operations, freight, 3PL, brokerage, etc.)
• Located in CABA or or nearby GBA areas. This role requires in-person work during specific periods.
• Candidates must already understand industry basics (e.g., pallets, freight handling, cross-docking)
• Proven experience in a customer support, operations, or sales role within logistics
• Strong English communication skills (B2 minimum. Non-negotiable. It will be tested in the interview)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
• High level of responsiveness and accountability

Contract & Benefits

• This is a contractor (independent) role
• Compensation is paid in USD: $1700 - $2200
• Includes benefits such as: 10 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) and 5 sick days per year
