US CPA - US LLC Accounting & International Tax

This role is for one of Weekday’s clients Job Title- US CPA – US LLC Accounting & International Tax Location: Remote / Work From Home Salary: 4000-6000 Dirhams(AED) Per Month Employment Type: Full-Time, following a paid two-week part-time trial Key Responsibilities Manage accounting and tax compliance for US LLCs. Review bookkeeping, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements. Prepare and e-file US tax returns including Forms 1065, 1120, 1120-S, 1040 and 1040-NR . Handle foreign-owned LLC compliance, including Form 5472 with pro forma Form 1120 , where applicable. Manage W-9 collection and 1099-NEC filings . Track filing deadlines, extensions, client documents, and IRS notices. Identify cross-border tax issues involving US and UAE entities. Advise on related-party transactions, intercompany balances, and supporting documentation. Communicate directly with clients and ensure accurate, timely filings. Required Qualifications Active US CPA license . Hands-on experience personally preparing and filing US business and individual tax returns . Strong experience with foreign-owned US LLCs and nonresident taxation . Working knowledge of US international tax . Experience with professional US tax preparation software and e-filing. Strong attention to detail and deadline management. Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts. Strong client communication skills.
