Your Role & Impact As a U.S. Immigration Attorney, you will: Prepare, review, and oversee employment-based immigration matters, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions such as H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment of status applications. Develop tailored immigration strategies that align with client business objectives while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk. Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate clients by providing practical guidance on complex immigration matters, regulatory developments, and workforce mobility strategies. Translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for corporate clients and foreign national employees. Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service through responsiveness, technical excellence, and proactive communication. Analyze legal frameworks, agency trends, benchmarking data, and client-specific circumstances to develop strategic recommendations and solutions. Represent Vialto Law in client meetings, presentations, and other external engagements, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and commitment to service excellence. Leverage technology, automation, data analytics, and innovative legal solutions to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience. Collaborate across immigration, mobility, tax, and compliance teams to provide holistic solutions to multinational organizations. Mentor, coach, and support the development of attorneys, Business Immigration Analysts, and other team members. Stay current on U.S. immigration developments and proactively share insights with clients and colleagues. Uphold Vialto Law's code of ethics and commitment to excellence in every engagement. Depending on level, responsibilities may include supervising legal teams, leading complex client engagements, managing client portfolios, contributing to business development initiatives, supporting operational excellence, and driving strategic growth initiatives. What You Bring to the Team We are seeking a strategic, client-focused, and technology-driven immigration attorney with: Bar Admission Licensed and admitted to practice law in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia. Experience Progressive U.S. business immigration experience, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, employment-based immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status applications. Opportunities are available from Senior Associate through Senior Manager, with level determined based on experience, technical expertise, leadership responsibilities, client management experience, and overall qualifications. Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, policies, and adjudication processes. Ability to analyze complex legal matters and provide practical, business-focused solutions. Client Advisory & Leadership Skills Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and communicate complex legal concepts effectively. Experience mentoring team members, collaborating across functions, and contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture. For more senior levels, experience leading teams, managing client engagements, and driving strategic initiatives is preferred. Technology & Innovation Mindset Interest in leveraging technology, automation, and innovative approaches to enhance client and employee experiences.
