U.S. Immigration Paralegal/Case Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Immigration Case Manager (Paralegal), with a focus on visas including the EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1, and E-2.

The case manager will assist in immigration case preparation, including communicating with clients, performing legal research, drafting support letters, and completing immigration forms. Responsibilities include working with clients to gather necessary documents, providing updates on case status, and maintaining accurate and organized electronic filing systems. The role also involves calendaring deadlines, ensuring timely submissions, and collaborating directly with attorneys to ensure a smooth and efficient case process.

Qualifications

• Experience with EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, L-1, O-1, or E-2 visas
• Strong legal research, case management, and document preparation skills
• Experience in drafting professional correspondence and support letters
• Excellent organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail capabilities
• Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients
• Proficiency in legal or office software systems and tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks or deadlines
