Role Description The US Information Technology Recruiter is a full-time, hybrid role based in Agra, with some flexibility for work from home. The recruiter will source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals for US-based positions using job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, negotiating compensation within established guidelines, and ensuring timely communication with candidates. The role involves maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems, building strong talent pipelines for niche technology skills, and collaborating with internal teams to understand evolving client and project requirements. The recruiter is also expected to stay informed about US IT hiring trends, work-hour expectations aligned to US time zones as needed, and adhere to company policies and equal employment opportunity practices.
Qualifications

• Ability to source, screen, and recruit IT talent for US markets, including experience with common US job boards and professional networking platforms.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment CRMs, and basic MS Office tools for reporting and candidate management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English suitable for regular interaction with US-based stakeholders and candidates.
• Understanding of core IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud, data, infrastructure) to assess candidate fit against technical requirements.
• Skills in negotiating offers, managing candidate expectations, and supporting onboarding processes in coordination with HR and operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet agreed hiring timelines and quality standards.
• Prior experience in US IT recruitment or staffing (agency or corporate) is highly beneficial; familiarity with US work authorization types and time zone coordination is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment.
