We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team on an immediate basis.

📌 Position: US IT Recruiter

📍 Location: Hyderabad

💼 Experience: 3 to 5 Years

⏱️ Joining: Immediate Joiner / Short Notice

🕐 Shift: US Shift / Night Shift - 5PM to 2AM

Work Model: 4 Days Work From Office, 1 Day Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.

Screen and qualify candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

Maintain strong candidate pipelines and client relationships.

Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing/recruitment process.

Good understanding of US work authorization, employment types, and hiring practices.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Immediate joiners preferred.
