Recruitment Consultant / Headhunter (Semiconductor | Electronics | Power Engineering)

Location: Full-Time (Remote)

Hours: Night Shift PH (9pm - 7am)

Shift: 4 Day working week (Monday–Thursday) - Paid for 5 Days

Commission: Up to $2,500 USD per placement

We are now hiring a high-performing Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Headhunter to support our lead recruiters with US technical and executive searches.

The Role

This is a delivery‑focused, technical sourcing & headhunting role where you will:

🔍 Sourcing & Headhunting

• Identify highly niche technical candidates in semiconductors, power electronics, hardware, manufacturing, and engineering
• Build advanced Boolean strings and custom search strategies
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, competitor maps, forums and deep research
• Approach, engage and qualify passive candidates
• Conduct outbound sourcing campaigns

📞 Candidate Engagement

• Book screening calls for lead recruiters
• Conduct initial qualification checks (experience, seniority, interest)
• Maintain high‑quality communication in excellent English

Must‑Have Experience

⚙️ Technical recruitment experience

• In semiconductors, electronics, engineering, hardware, IT, manufacturing, or related technical fields.

🇺🇸 US recruitment experience

• You’ve recruited US‑based roles and can communicate professionally with American candidates.

🔍 Advanced sourcing skills

• Boolean, X‑ray searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, deep research ability.

🗣️ Excellent English

• Strong written and spoken communication - professional, clear, confident.

📚 Fast learner with strong attention to detail

• Able to follow instructions, improve, and deliver high‑quality output consistently.
