Job Title: US Senior Recruiter Location: Pakistan (Remote), supporting US-based clients across executive, leadership, and professional hiring engagements Important: We are seeking an experienced recruiter with 4-5 years of hands-on US recruitment experience and a strong understanding of the US hiring landscape. Candidates with a proven track record of recruiting for US-based roles and engaging with US clients and candidates will be strongly preferred. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced US Senior Recruiter to support our US-based clients in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent across leadership, management, and executive-level roles. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting within the US market and experience engaging with senior-level professionals and decision-makers. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a native English accent, and the ability to build credibility with US clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple recruitment assignments in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based positions. Partner with US clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements. Source, attract, and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach. Utilize and actively manage the company's existing candidate database to identify qualified talent for current and future hiring needs. Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence research to identify high-caliber candidates across target industries and competitors. Build relationships with candidates within the internal database and maintain an active pipeline of high-quality talent for recurring and executive-level searches. Recruit for Manager, Director, VP, Executive, and other senior-level positions across various industries. Conduct comprehensive candidate screening and assessment interviews. Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and compensation expectations. Present high-quality candidate shortlists and recommendations to clients. Coordinate interview processes and maintain regular communication with candidates and clients. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within ATS, CRM, and recruitment systems. Regularly update candidate records, notes, and engagement activities within the company database to ensure data accuracy and future search effectiveness. Consistently meet recruitment targets and client expectations. Job Specifications: Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience in the US market. Proven experience recruiting for US professional, management, leadership, and executive-level positions. Native English speaker with a demonstrably native English accent and exceptional verbal communication skills Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Experience interacting directly with US-based clients, hiring managers, and candidates. Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and advanced sourcing techniques. Ability to assess and engage senior-level professionals and executives. Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Availability to work as full-time employee in U.S. business hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM Pakistan Time, Monday to Friday). Preferred Qualifications The following will be considered a strong advantage: US educational background. Previous study, residency, or work experience in the United States. Experience working for US staffing firms, executive search firms, or recruitment agencies serving US clients. Experience recruiting Director, VP, SVP, and C-Suite executives. Experience managing retained search or executive search assignments.
