US Technical & Engineering Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Technical & Engineering Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team and support hiring across a diverse portfolio of technical, industrial, and professional roles.

The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and recruiting talent across Technical, Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics. This role requires someone who can quickly understand different job requirements, identify qualified candidates, build strong talent pipelines, and manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the recruitment team to source, screen, coordinate, and move candidates through the hiring process while maintaining accurate candidate records and delivering a strong candidate experience.

⚡What you'll do:

• Manage sourcing and recruitment activities across technical, industrial, professional, and high-volume positions.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for multiple positions simultaneously.
• Review resumes and assess candidates against technical and experience requirements.
• Conduct candidate screening and qualification interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, documentation, and other recruitment activities throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Recruit for positions across areas such as Technical, Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics
• Track candidate activity, pipeline progress, and recruitment metrics using ATS, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

💡You are:

• Well-spoken bilingual with a B2+/C1 English level.
• 2+ Years of experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles in the US market
• Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills
• Ability to recruit across multiple industries and adapt quickly
• Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously
