• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Chicago time

In Time Transport Corp. is a growing U.S. interstate OTR carrier working with owner-operators and CDL-A drivers. We use AI cameras, ELD and telematics platforms, ClickUp, and automated workflows to improve safety, compliance, and efficiency.

We are hiring either a Safety Associate or Safety Manager, depending on experience.

Safety Associate

For professionals with 1+ year of recent hands-on U.S. trucking safety experience who can independently manage daily safety and compliance tasks, with potential advancement to Safety Manager.

Safety Manager

For professionals with 3+ years of recent full-scope U.S. trucking safety experience who can own the complete safety function while remaining hands-on with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage driver qualification files, CDLs, MVRs, PSP, medical status, Clearinghouse, and onboarding.
• Monitor HOS and audit ELD logs, personal conveyance, unassigned driving, and suspicious activity.
• Review camera events and coach drivers on unsafe behavior.
• Handle accidents, evidence collection, claims, and post-accident testing.
• Maintain drug and alcohol compliance records.
• Process roadside inspections and monitor CSA/SMS performance.
• Track DVIRs, repairs, annual inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Apply FMCSR Parts 393 and 396 requirements.
• Document investigations, corrective actions, and compliance deadlines.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with drivers, Dispatch, Fleet, insurers, and leadership.

Additional Safety Manager Responsibilities

• Own the safety and regulatory-compliance function.
• Develop and enforce policies and disciplinary standards.
• Manage KPIs, CSA performance, claims, and driver-risk trends.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Implement ELD, camera, AI, automation, and reporting systems.
• Train drivers, staff, and future safety employees.
• Prepare the department to support continued fleet growth.

Requirements

Safety Associate

• 1+ year of recent U.S. interstate trucking safety experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of DQ files, HOS/ELD, Clearinghouse, inspections, accidents, drug and alcohol compliance, and maintenance follow-up.
• Current knowledge of FMCSA requirements.
• Strong English, organization, documentation, and communication skills.

Safety Manager

• 3+ years of recent hands-on U.S. trucking safety experience.
• Proven experience owning or managing a carrier's complete safety function.
• Strong knowledge of HOS/ELD, DQ files, Clearinghouse, accidents and claims, CSA/SMS, DataQs, drug and alcohol compliance, and Parts 393 and 396.
• Experience developing policies, KPIs, corrective actions, and safety systems.

General logistics, dispatching, warehouse safety, occupational safety, or non-U.S. transportation experience alone does not qualify.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with owner-operators and fleets of 20–100 trucks.
• Experience with Samsara, Netradyne, Motive, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
• U.S. trucking insurance-claim or compliance-audit experience.
• Spanish, Ukrainian, or Russian is a plus.

Schedule

• Full-time remote.
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Chicago time.
• Occasional availability for urgent accidents outside normal hours.
• Candidates must be located in Latin America, Europe, or Africa, between U.S. Pacific Time and UTC+5.

Compensation

• Safety Associate: $1,000–$1,500/month.
• Safety Manager: $1,500–$2,500/month + approximately 20% performance bonu
