About the team: The Ecommerce Fulfillment Insights team applies data science, optimization, and artificial intelligence to enhance order fulfillment and delivery efficiency. Members utilize programming, statistical modeling, and data visualization to develop scalable solutions aligned with business goals. What you'll do: Apply advanced statistical methods and analytical modeling techniques to develop and refine data-driven solutions. Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature selection, and hypothesis testing to support business decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data models and insights. Develop, test, and deploy analytical models ensuring performance, scalability, and sustainability in production environments. Utilize programming languages such as SQL and Python to manage data quality, perform data analysis, and automate workflows. Generate clear data visualizations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations effectively. Mentor junior associates in modeling techniques and data analytics best practices. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
