Role Overview

We are seeking a USA GTM Sales Associate to drive growth in the US market while being based in India. The ideal candidate has hands-on SaaS sales experience in India and proven success in US GTM (Go-To-Market) sales motions. You will collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and business ops teams to build pipeline, engage prospects, and close deals with US-based retail clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute GTM sales strategies for the US market from India.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of US prospects in retail and SaaS verticals.
• Drive outbound prospecting, demos, and consultative sales conversations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align customer needs with Imersive’s AI solutions.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets with measurable ROI.
• Provide market insights to refine GTM strategy and product positioning.
  

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SaaS sales experience in India with exposure to US GTM sales.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise sales cycles, and B2B GTM frameworks.
• Proven track record of closing deals with US-based clients.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage US stakeholders.
• Self-starter with process discipline, operational clarity, and outcome-driven mindset.
• Experience in retail tech, AI SaaS, or enterprise SaaS preferred.
