You have the ambition; we have the conditions to make it happen. Your project You will join an AI-Utility product with a global user base, built inside our R&D team. Growing fast, and we're bringing in a dedicated UA manager to scale it. You're the main UA on this project. You build the setup, the testing framework, and the automation stack. The marketing lead with the team across our project are there when you need a benchmark; the decisions are yours. You will: Plan, launch, and scale UA campaigns across multiple channels (Meta, FB - classic "base"). Set up the UA function from the ground up: account structure, naming and tracking conventions, testing framework, and reporting cadence. Own budget allocation and pacing across geos and channels, balancing volume against efficiency targets. Track and act on the full funnel — CPI, CPA, CTR, IPM, ROAS, retention, LTV, and payback windows — with daily monitoring and structured optimization cycles. Build and run a systematic creative testing pipeline: form hypotheses, brief the creative team, launch tests, read results, and scale winners. Design and own the automation layer — AI-assisted creative production, automated reporting, rule-based campaign management — deciding what gets automated and how. Research competitors, channel updates, and market benchmarks, and turn those insights into concrete campaign actions. Bring your own ideas to the table and run with them: if you see a channel, a creative angle, or a workflow worth testing, you have the mandate to test it. Deliver clear reporting on spend, performance, tests run, and next-step recommendations. We'll have a match if you: 1+ year in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, or Digital Advertising (including strong career switchers with a demonstrable analytical background. Confident work with performance data: you can read a dashboard, isolate what's driving a shift, and decide what to change. Working knowledge of analytics and attribution tools (GA4, AppsFlyer / Adjust, Firebase, or equivalents), or the ability to pick them up fast. Genuine interest in AI tools and automation — not just as a buzzword, but as a way to remove routine from your own workflow. Native Ukrainian; English sufficient for working with ad platforms, documentation, and international partners. Proactive, ownership-driven, and looking to grow quickly.
