That’s why, together with Yuliia Sydoruk , User Acquisition Lead at Skillsta by Headway Inc, we’re looking for a User Acquisition Specialist to join our team of superstars transforming the EdTech industry. What product will you be working on? Skillsta is a digital product that helps users across the globe improve their soft skills through short, interactive lessons based on real-life situations. The app ranked among the top 20 in the Education category on the US App Store. Why this is exciting: You’ll become part of a team that’s scaling the product to millions of downloads and making it even better for users around the world. You’ll get plenty of freedom to experiment, shape the strategy, and drive high-impact initiatives. You’ll work closely with product, analytics, and creative teams — a great opportunity to deepen your understanding of these areas and grow beyond your role. Rich data and advanced analytics will help you quickly test hypotheses, gain insights, and refine your approach on the go. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where things move quickly — and so will your growth. What you’ll do: Launch and scale ad campaigns to promote the product on our core platform — Meta. Help us build a user acquisition direction for a new part of the product. Drive diversification strategy by testing and launching new traffic sources (e.g., TikTok, Google, and others). Build and test user behavior hypotheses using performance marketing and CRO tools, and collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Team. Monitor and analyze EdTech market trends. Collaborate with the creative production team: suggest new ad creatives and provide feedback on their performance. You’ll be a great fit if you: Have a proven track record in user acquisition and are eager to grow quickly. Have hands-on experience with Meta Ads; Understand digital marketing metrics and unit economics; Love to research, ask “why?”, and figure things out from the ground up; Communicate confidently in English (Upper-Intermediate+); Share our SELECT values and enjoy working as part of a collaborative, driven team.
