This is a short-term, hands-on opportunity to gain real client-facing research experience while receiving regular coaching and feedback from a senior UX researcher.
Contract: August to approximately October 20, 2026
Commitment: 10–20 hours per week
Sessions: Approximately 5–10 remote interviews or usability tests per week
Responsibilities
* Conduct interviews and usability tests during UAE working hours
* Moderate sessions using provided research guides
* Take structured notes and prepare brief session summaries
* Coordinate with participants when needed
* Join occasional check-ins during mutually suitable UAE–Silicon Valley overlap hours
Ideal candidate
* Some experience or training in UX research, qualitative research or usability testing
* Strong listening, communication and note-taking skills
* Clear spoken and written English
* Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently
* Interested in developing practical moderation and research skills
The lead researcher will own the research strategy, study design, synthesis and final recommendations.
