We move fast, build high quality products, and don't take ourselves too seriously. 😊 About this role We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time User Support Associate to help us maintain and improve user satisfaction as we continue to expand. This is a remote role. As a User Support Associate, you will: Provide exceptional user support and address user inquiries effectively Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve user issues promptly Gather and analyze user feedback to improve our product Work closely with our marketing and product teams to communicate user needs and preferences Desired skills & experience Frequent, hands-on use of Pikkit A strong understanding of sports betting and how the Pikkit product works 1+ year(s) of experience in customer support or a related role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to user issues Additional Information This is a part-time role and we're looking for roughly 10-35 hours per week Flexibility in working hours, with availability during evenings and weekends, may be needed This role is fully remote Join us at Pikkit and help shape the future of sports betting while ensuring our users have the best possible experience!
