Utility Line Clearance - Groundperson - (CDL Preferred)

We are looking for experienced / non-experienced, men and woman who are responsible, hardworking and reliable to join our team. A clear, valid driver's license is required and a CDL A or B is preferred. This will position will service the Bowling Green, KY and surrounding areas but may also have some travel. *We are willing to invest in our staff by assisting with obtaining CDL B license if you are willing to invest in your growth by preparing and meeting timely goals to obtain CDL B permit and perform the assignments to satisfy the DOT requirements for CDL B. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out all maintenance duties allocated by the Foreman with a safety-first mindset. Understanding and carrying out verbal and written instructions. Assisting Arborists with tree removals, pruning, and debris disposals. Learning techniques and the proper use of tools from senior or more experienced crew members. Safely using tools and equipment like chippers and chainsaws to carry out maintenance tasks. Ensuring all sites are kept clean and free of hazards. Inspecting equipment and tools and performing repairs and maintenance when required. Using the appropriate gear and observing safety protocols. Reporting any issues or safety hazards to the Foreman or other relevant parties. Perform general groundskeeping duties as needed. Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Requirements: Valid Driver's License CDL is a plus (pay incentive) Bilingual is a plus able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, and work outdoors in all weather. Experience with chainsaws/chippers preferred, but training is available for eager learners. The ability to transport heavy items. Excellent balance and depth perception. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A strong commitment to safety and a desire to learn from experienced crew.
