As we continue to evolve our Accountancy portfolio, we're looking for a passionate Junior UX Designer to join our growing Product team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their UX career who wants to make a real impact while learning from experienced professionals in an established design community. What you'll do Working as part of a collaborative product team, you'll help create seamless digital experiences used by accounting professionals across the UK. You'll be involved in: Designing user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes Supporting user research and usability testing Turning customer insights into practical design solutions Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA teams Contributing to design systems and accessibility best practices Helping improve customer experiences across multiple products What we're looking for We're interested in people who are passionate about UX and eager to learn. You'll ideally bring: Essential Understanding of UX design principles and user-centred design Familiarity with design tools such as Figma Strong communication and collaboration skills An analytical and problem-solving mindset A passion for creating exceptional user experiences Nice to have Experience with user research or usability testing Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG guidelines Experience working in Agile environments Exposure to design systems An online portfolio showcasing your work An interest in business, finance, or software products Why join IRIS?
