UX Designer at BairesDev

As a UX Designer, you will lead the creation of intuitive and high-impact digital experiences, focusing on the seamless integration of user needs and interface design. You will act as the primary design advocate, transforming complex requirements into functional and delightful products that resonate with users.

What You'll Do

• Conduct deep user research and audits to uncover behavioral patterns and inform information architecture.
• Translate conceptual ideas into tangible artifacts, ranging from initial sketches and paper wireframes to high-fidelity digital prototypes in Figma.
• Establish and evolve scalable design systems to ensure visual coherence and efficiency across diverse product ecosystems.
• Advocate for and implement accessibility standards to ensure inclusive digital experiences for all users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to align design initiatives with business goals.
• Facilitate iterative design cycles through user testing and peer reviews to refine the user journey and interface.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design or related product design roles.
• Proven expertise in creating user experiences using Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
• Proficiency in establishing and maintaining design systems while applying accessibility standards like WCAG.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research methods to inform design decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
