Synthesize and resolve complex or conflicting data points to deliver concise, evidence-based recommendations. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of expertise in UX design, user research, usability testing, or related domains. Demonstrated experience authoring research syntheses, usability evaluations, UX audit reports, or similar documentation. Proficiency with heuristic analysis, information architecture, and interaction design principles. Strong understanding of accessibility guidelines such as WCAG and their practical application. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate intricate concepts in clear written English. Track record of synthesizing complex research findings into actionable, structured outputs. Background with leading universities or highly regarded organizations is especially valued.
