Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer who combines the mindset of a Product Manager, the research skills of a UX Strategist, and the design expertise needed to create intuitive, AI-driven user experiences. This role is focused on UX discovery, product strategy, and human-centered design, rather than front-end implementation or visual design execution.

The ideal candidate excels at uncovering user needs, defining product direction, and designing AI-powered workflows that improve user productivity while maintaining transparency and human control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product discovery by identifying user problems and translating research into actionable product opportunities.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiries, and user shadowing sessions.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops to define problems, align stakeholders, and prioritize solutions.
• Develop user personas, customer journey maps, service blueprints, and workflow models.
• Define product strategy, user experience vision, and MVP recommendations based on research insights.
• Design AI-powered user experiences, including conversational interfaces, Copilot experiences, prompt-driven workflows, and intelligent assistants.
• Create human-in-the-loop workflows, approval processes, review queues, and AI governance patterns that ensure users remain in control.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Medical Affairs teams, engineering, product management, and leadership throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct usability testing, synthesize findings, and iterate designs based on user feedback and measurable outcomes.
• Drive data-informed product decisions by balancing business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Strategy, Service Design, or Product Experience Design.
• Proven experience leading UX discovery and product strategy initiatives.
• Strong background in user research methodologies, stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiry, and usability testing.
• Experience creating personas, journey maps, user flows, and defining end-to-end customer experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to define product vision, prioritize features, and recommend MVP scope.
• Experience designing AI-enabled products, intelligent assistants, Copilot experiences, conversational interfaces, or automation workflows.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working collaboratively with engineering, product, business, and executive leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing solutions for Medical Affairs, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or regulated industries.
• Experience with AI Workbench, multi-agent platforms, prompt engineering, or conversational AI products.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, approval processes, and human-in-the-loop decision frameworks.
• Experience defining product roadmaps and aligning business strategy with user needs.
