About The Position

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer Apprentice to join our Web Design team and craft creative, functional web interfaces. This role requires a good understanding of UX/UI design principles and the ability to transform business challenges into practical solutions. You will collaborate closely with various teams across the agency.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality interfaces — Translate project goals into structured, impactful, and well-organized interfaces. Pay close attention to detail and deliver clean, polished designs, whatever the format or context.
• Adopt a strategic and thoughtful approach — Create interfaces that are not only visually appealing but that also address business and user goals. Challenge assumptions, assess trade-offs, and make decisions aligned with project objectives.
• Ensure consistency and adaptability — Respect client design systems and brand guidelines while refining and adjusting elements when necessary. Ensure effective and consistent brand application across platforms.
• Communicate effectively — Clearly explain design choices, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to constructive discussions. Defend your ideas while staying open to feedback to move projects forward.
• Show initiative and autonomy — Own your assignments, manage tasks rigorously, and actively seek solutions without waiting for instructions. Anticipate project needs and support the design team by adding real value.
  
  

Profile

Hard Skills

• Experience — Having completed at least one web design project (real or conceptual).
• Tool proficiency — Strong command of Figma (auto-layout, components, variables). Knowledge of other web or motion design tools is a plus.
• UI/UX Design skills — Ability to design structured, logical interfaces that match project needs. Capable of exploring creative and innovative concepts while ensuring an optimal user experience.
• Project management and autonomy — Highly organized, good time management skills, able to handle multiple projects independently.
• Languages — Professional English proficiency (written/spoken) is a plus.‍
