UX/UI Designer - Web and Mobile (Figma)

We are a growing digital team dedicated to building intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user experiences. We’re seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in Figma and proven experience designing for both mobile and web platforms . The Role As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that balance functionality with aesthetics. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma Create intuitive, responsive designs for both mobile apps and web applications Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions Maintain design consistency across platforms with style guides and design systems Apply UX principles to improve user journeys, accessibility, and overall usability Required Qualifications Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems) Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to design iterations Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Slack) Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly Preferred Skills Experience with other design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) for effective collaboration with developers Ability to create motion/interaction design for enhanced user experiences
