Design intuitive, engaging, and user centered digital experiences for Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence solutions. Responsible for transforming complex technological capabilities (dashboards, copilots, AI agents, analytical applications, and data platforms) into simple, adoptable, and business-oriented experiences. Additionally, lead the definition of evaluation, validation, and adoption processes for AI solutions, including automated testing, user testing, and EvalOps frameworks for generative model-based applications and intelligent agents deployed on Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Who You Are Main Responsibilities Design user experiences (UX) and user interfaces (UI) for Analytics products, Data Platforms, GenAI, and Intelligent Agents. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aimed at maximizing adoption and productivity. Define Design Systems and reusable components for digital solutions. Develop and implement modern, responsive frontend interfaces. Design conversational experiences for copilots and AI agents. Conduct usability testing and validation sessions with end users. Automate functional, user experience, and quality testing for digital applications. Design and operate EvalOps processes to evaluate the accuracy, relevance, reliability, and performance of AI agents and solutions. Collaborate with architects, data scientists, data engineers, GenAI specialists, and development teams to ensure consistent end-to-end experiences. Define adoption, satisfaction, and effectiveness metrics for AI-based digital products. Required Knowledge UX/UI & Frontend: Design Thinking, User-Centered Design (UCD), Design Systems, Figma, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, or equivalent technologies. Data & AI Experience: Copilots and AI Agents, Conversational UX, Prompt Design, Human-in-the-Loop, Adoption and Change Management for AI. AI Quality & EvalOps: Test automation, User Testing, A/B Testing, LLM evaluation, Agent observability and monitoring, EvalOps frameworks, and Responsible AI. Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, AWS AI/ML Services. Experience in UX/UI, digital product design, and frontend development who is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for Data and Artificial Intelligence solutions. Capable of converting analytical platforms, copilots, and intelligent agents into simple, engaging, and highly adopted products by combining human-centered design, test automation, and modern EvalOps methodologies for AI. Grounded in Product Design, Atomic Design, and QA Testing competencies similar to those described in the attached profile.
