Job Description: At Job Duck , we're looking for a compassionate and organized Bilingual Receptionist who enjoys helping others and creating a positive experience for every client. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact, managing communications, coordinating schedules, and ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout their legal journey. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to remain calm under pressure will make a meaningful impact on both the team and the clients they serve. Monthly Compensation: 1,015 to 1,100 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain accurate client information within Clio. Provide administrative support to the legal team. Collaborate with the legal team to support daily office operations. Assist with after-hours and overflow call coverage when needed. Manage calendars and coordinate appointments. Contact clients regarding upcoming court dates and important case-related updates. Schedule, return, and coordinate client phone calls. Maintain accurate time records for billing purposes. Answer incoming phone calls professionally and provide exceptional client service. Ensure all client communications are handled promptly and professionally.
