Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused Case Manager Specialist to support our team throughout various stages of personal injury cases. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, manage intake processes, coordinate medical record requests, maintain case files, and provide litigation support through document review, demand preparation, calendaring, and case organization. Schedule : Monday to Friday 09:00 AM - to 06:00 PM EST Monthly Compensation: 1,220 to 1,320 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Organize case files according to litigation and case status. Review complaints, pleadings, and discovery-related documents. Assist with reviewing and preparing demand letters. Review records for completeness and accuracy. Conduct client intake and case screening. Monitor court deadlines and maintain case calendars. Follow up with providers, clients, and third parties as needed. Gather, verify, and maintain client information. Schedule consultations, appointments, and follow-ups. Requirements: Legal, personal injury, or law firm experience preferred but not required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software. Work Shift: Languages: English Ready to dive in?
