Job Description: At Job Duck, we are looking for a proactive and people-focused Intake Specialist who enjoys helping others and creating positive first impressions. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring inquiries are handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care. You will play a key role in managing leads, coordinating communications, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily operations that help the team stay organized and responsive. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, confident communicating with clients, and motivated to make a meaningful impact through exceptional service and follow through. Compensation Range: 1,142 USD to 1,220 USD Monthly Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Answer incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate team members •Conduct client intake activities and gather relevant information accurately •Enter and maintain client and lead information within Clio Grow •Support social media and marketing initiatives when needed •Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication channels •Process and follow up with leads to ensure timely communication and engagement •Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed Requirements: • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish • Experience handling inbound and outbound client communications • Strong organizational and data entry skills • Experience with Clio Grow and Mailchimp preferred • Familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, or digital marketing tools is a plus • Calendar Management Work Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America) Languages: English, Spanish Ready to dive in?
