Job Description: Join Job Duck as a Criminal Defense Intake and Scheduling Coordinator and become the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a key role in shaping their initial experience. In this role, you will engage with inbound leads, guide them through the intake process, and help determine the best next steps based on their needs.
