Job Description: Job Duck is seeking a dedicated Intake Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a key role in creating a positive client experience. In this position, you will handle inbound calls, evaluate potential cases, schedule consultations, and assist with payment processing for initial consultations. Your ability to communicate clearly, listen attentively, and guide individuals through the intake process will directly contribute to the firm's growth and client satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, can confidently follow established processes, and thrives in a structured, client focused environment. If you are professional, empathetic, and highly organized, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day Compensation Range: 1,142 USD to 1,220 USD Monthly Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Provide a professional and positive experience during every client interaction • Clearly explain next steps and set expectations for prospective clients • Schedule consultations and appointments • Collect and process consultation payments • Answer incoming phone calls from prospective clients • Screen and evaluate inquiries to determine lead quality Requirements: • Ability to manage inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy • Comfortable following established procedures and workflows • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills • Customer service • Attention to detail Work Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America) Languages: English Ready to dive in?
