Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and proactive Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, strong active listening abilities, and confidence in handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Although this is a n intake position, it also has a consultative sales component . The successful candidate must be comfortable explaining paid consultations to prospective clients and guiding conversations to determine whether individuals are a good fit for the firm. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST Monthly Compensation: 1,142 to 1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain detailed and accurate notes within the CRM. Determine whether prospective clients meet the firm's criteria before scheduling consultations. Make outbound calls to: Confirm and remind clients about appointments, return client inquiries, communicate updates and information. Screen prospective clients by asking thoughtful follow-up and qualifying questions. Explain the firm's consultation process and associated fees confidently. Schedule appointments accurately. Requirements: Previous Receptionist, Client Services, Customer Service, or Administrative experience. Previous sales or consultative customer-facing experience is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong active listening skills . Comfortable asking probing and qualifying questions . Highly organized with excellent attention to detail . Able to multitask in a busy phone-based environment. Professional, personable, and empathetic. Confident working independently. Work Shift: Languages: English, Spanish Ready to dive in?
