Job Description: At Job Duck, we are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant who is excited to help grow a professional services organization through strategic outreach and engaging digital content. In this role, you will play an important part in expanding brand visibility, building relationships with speaking venues, and maintaining a strong online presence. You will work independently while collaborating with key stakeholders to support marketing initiatives that drive awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate enjoys taking ownership of projects, brings fresh ideas to the table, and thrives in a fast paced remote environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, self motivated, and passionate about marketing and communications. • Compensation Range: $1,245 - 1,350 USD per month Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Manage social media posting schedules and daily social media activities • Research new opportunities to expand visibility and outreach efforts • Assist with additional marketing and communications projects as needed • Monitor social media engagement and assist with audience interaction • Conduct outreach to venues and organizations to secure speaking presentation opportunities • Coordinate and track communication with potential event partners • Create, edit, and distribute newsletters Requirements: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self motivated with the ability to work independently • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Social media content creation and management • Adaptability and willingness to learn new platforms and processes • Familiarity with LinkedIn and Facebook for professional marketing purposes Work Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM [CST][CDT] (United States of America) Languages: English Ready to dive in?
