Role Description
· This is a full-time position for a Validation Specialist, based in Montreal, QC, with the flexibility of some remote work.
· As a Validation Specialist, you will participate in start-up, qualification and validation projects to help our clients achieve desired compliance and efficiency.
· Equipment qualification, and possibly process validation and cleaning validation mandates
· Create and execute validation tests and protocols, analyze results, release equipment and recommend path forward
· Create quality documents (SOPs, CAPAs, deviations, annual quality reviews etc.) related to validation activities
· Conduct and manage small to medium validation & engineering projects in the pharmaceutical industry
· Work in close collaboration with: management, quality & compliance teams, quality control, and engineering departments
· Other internal tasks may include marketing and business development support for Monbel
Qualifications
· University or technical degree in engineering, science, pharmacy, or equivalent - or equivalent work experience
· 3-5 years minimum experience in validation / qualification roles in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology environment is a must
· Experience with cleaning validation is an asset
· Experience in process validation is also an asset
· Bilingual French/English oral and written is a must
· Analytical spirit and problem solver
· Quick learner and team player
· Having own car is an advantage but not a must
· Candidate must be located in the Montreal, QC. area
