VDC Specialist (Electrical) | Remote We are seeking a VDC Specialist with 5+ years of electrical modeling experience to support commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects. This fully remote role will be responsible for developing and managing electrical BIM models, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring accurate, constructible designs throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Create and maintain electrical BIM models using Revit and Navisworks. Perform clash detection and participate in multi-trade coordination meetings. Produce shop drawings, installation drawings, and prefabrication packages. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, field teams, and other trade partners. Review construction documents for constructability and coordination issues. Maintain project BIM standards and model accuracy. Qualifications 5+ years of electrical BIM/VDC modeling experience with an electrical contractor. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC. Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and construction practices. Experience with clash detection, coordination, and prefabrication workflows. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
