Job Summary The Vendor Manager leads vendor governance, contract optimization, and performance management initiatives across the Digital Technology vendor portfolio. This role partners with leadership, procurement, finance, cybersecurity, and technology teams to help ensure vendors meet contractual commitments, support enterprise priorities, and comply with evolving security and regulatory requirements. The Vendor Manager develops reporting frameworks, supports complex negotiations, and identifies opportunities to improve cost, efficiency, and vendor performance. Essential Functions Serves as a primary liaison among senior technology leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to align vendor performance with strategic business objectives. Leads vendor performance management activities, including service-level agreement and key performance indicator reviews, remediation oversight, root-cause analysis of service issues, and escalation to executive stakeholders as appropriate. Oversees the contract lifecycle for key technology vendors, including negotiation support, renewal strategy, compliance reviews, and governance documentation. Mentors and guides less experienced team members and establishes best practices for vendor tracking, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Performs other duties as assigned. Maintains regular and reliable attendance. Complies with all policies and standards. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; or the equivalent required 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement analytics, asset management, finance, operations, or a related field required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Advanced knowledge of vendor governance frameworks, information technology service management practices, and technology procurement strategies. Strong financial acumen, including knowledge of budget forecasting, cost modeling, and return-on-investment analysis for vendor contracts. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes across complex vendor relationships. Strong knowledge of contract fundamentals, software licensing models, and technology risk management principles. Proficiency with procurement and vendor management platforms, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, and ServiceNow. Ability to manage high-value technology vendors and identify opportunities to improve cost, compliance, and performance. We know it’s not just about finding a job.
