Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Versatile Driver at CBS COURIERS LIMITED. The Versatile Driver will be responsible for operating vans and or trucks safely and efficiently, completing scheduled deliveries, and adhering to all transportation regulations and company policies. Daily tasks include planning routes, inspecting vehicles before and after trips, managing documentation such as delivery notes and logs, and reporting any incidents or maintenance needs. The role also involves communicating with dispatchers and clients, providing courteous customer service during pick-ups and drop-offs, and maintaining a professional demeanor while representing the company on the road.

Qualifications

• Strong driving skills, including safe operation of commercial vehicles and experience with various van / truck types.
• Effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with dispatch, clients, and team members.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing schedules or routes.
• Basic vehicle inspection and maintenance awareness to identify and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Reliability in meeting delivery deadlines, attention to detail in documentation, and commitment to safety standards.
• Previous experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics is beneficial.
