It’s a role that blends real commercial credibility with a genuine passion for continuous improvement, and offers a fast track into other roles across Videojet and Veralto. This position offers flexibility to be based in Germany, France, the UK, or Italy, close to one of our commercial hubs. In this role, a typical day will look like: Coaching sales and back-office teams on VES fundamentals – funnel management, forecast accuracy, and the “golden rules” of prospecting and opportunity management. Planning, running, and sustaining Kaizen events – from workshop setup through to embedding the changes so they stick. Partnering with country and regional leaders on structured problem solving when results are off track – diagnosing root causes and agreeing what to do differently. Going to Gemba: joining sales reps on customer visits and ride-alongs, and working alongside back-office teams to build process, not just observe it. Training teams on VES tools and tracking how well new habits are sustained after the training ends. Acting as a trusted right hand to country leaders – supporting their organization’s growth, talent development, and continuous improvement journey. Expect to travel roughly 50% of the time across EMEA – typically leaving on a Monday morning and returning by Thursday afternoon or Friday morning, so the schedule stays balanced rather than constant. Travel isn’t limited to your home country – you’ll be working with commercial teams across the region – and you’ll have flexibility in how you plan and manage your own travel calendar. The essential requirements of the job include: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across EMEA, including overnight travel Proven track record in a direct commercial/sales role, with the credibility to coach and be trusted by sales teams. Demonstrated experience applying Continuous Improvement / Lean principles (Problem Solving, Daily Management, Funnel Management) in a commercial or sales environment. Business-fluent English required; working knowledge of German, French, or Italian is a plus. Based within reasonable reach of a major airport, ideally near one of our commercial hubs in Germany, France, the UK, or Italy. Experience working across a matrixed organization, partnering with and influencing leaders who are not direct reports.
