Role Description The Vibe Coder is a full-time remote role focused on shaping the feel, flow, and interaction patterns of digital products. In this position, the individual will collaborate with designers, developers, and product stakeholders to translate concepts into engaging, intuitive user experiences across web, mobile, and AI-powered interfaces. Daily tasks include designing interaction patterns, refining microcopy and interface behaviors, experimenting with prototypes, and iterating based on data and user feedback. The role also involves documenting best practices, maintaining consistency across products, and continuously exploring new ways to make digital experiences more delightful, accessible, and responsive.
Qualifications

• Ability to craft intuitive user experiences, including thoughtful interaction design, microcopy, and user flows.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, product) in an agile or iterative environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data and user feedback to guide decisions.
• Familiarity with modern web and mobile product development processes; exposure to AI-driven interfaces is a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document patterns and present ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Self-directed, organized work style suited to remote collaboration, including reliable internet access and time management.
• Relevant experience in UX, product design, front-end development, or a related digital field; a portfolio or examples of prior work are beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience in digital product creation.
