The Opportunity:
Define and execute a multi-year business intelligence strategy
aligned with product and business goals, including denial management, collections performance, coding accuracy, payer contract optimization, and the integration of historical reporting with machine learning–driven predictive and prescriptive analytics.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team
of data visualization engineers.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Service Delivery, and Client Success
teams to embed business intelligence into product offerings and operational workflows.
Own the enterprise BI environment
, with Astrato as the primary visualization and reporting platform, leading workspace governance, semantic layer design, and enterprise-wide adoption.
Translate complex data into actionable insights
for executive leadership and key stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
What you bring:
10+ years in data, analytics, or BI roles
5+ years in healthcare RCM or payer operations
3+ years in a VP or director-level leadership role
Proficiency with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery)
Hands-on experience with BI tools; Astrato strongly preferred
Deep knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data compliance
Strong SQL skills and data modeling background
Deep expertise in data analytics, data engineering, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Astrato, Tableau, Power BI).
