The Opportunity
Securden is looking for a strategic and hands-on VP, Marketing to accelerate our next phase of growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape how the market perceives Securden by establishing category leadership, building trust with enterprise security leaders, strengthening analyst influence, and enabling partner-led growth.
This is a builder role for a marketing leader who combines strategic vision with execution. You will define our market narrative, build a high-performing marketing organization, and create a marketing engine that compounds brand, demand, and partner impact over time.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Category Leadership
· Own messaging, brand strategy, and global market narrative.
· Establish Securden as a category leader in identity security through differentiated positioning and thought leadership.
Market Influence & Analyst Relations
· Build mindshare and trust with CISOs, CIOs, IT leaders, and security practitioners.
· Build and manage strategic relationships with industry analysts to strengthen market visibility and credibility.
Partner & Channel Marketing
· Build and lead partner marketing programs that help channel partners across North America and Europe position, promote, and sell Securden.
Marketing Leadership
· Lead all marketing functions: brand, product marketing, communications, digital marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, and customer advocacy.
· Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
· Establish metrics and operating rhythms that align marketing with business growth and long-term market leadership.
Qualifications
· 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, including in a senior leadership role at a cybersecurity or enterprise security company.
· Track record of building brand and category leadership for an enterprise software or cybersecurity company (bonus: identity, IAM, or PAM space).
· Deep understanding of enterprise security buyers and the B2B cybersecurity buying process.
· Strong hands-on experience in analyst relations, executive communications, product marketing, and partner/channel marketing.
· Proven ability to build and lead marketing teams, with the flexibility to be hands-on where needed.
· Experience marketing to both direct enterprise buyers and a partner/channel ecosystem.
· Comfortable operating as a fully remote leader, with willingness to travel for team, customer, analyst, and industry events.

· Securden is a recognized, trusted brand with a clear, differentiated narrative in identity security.
· Awareness and preference among CISOs, CIOs, and enterprise IT leaders has measurably increased.
· Strong analyst relationships are in place, improving Securden's visibility in relevant market reports.
· Scalable partner marketing programs are driving partner engagement and pipeline across North America and Europe.
· A marketing organization and operating engine is in place that compounds brand, demand, and partner impact over time.
