At Equations PR & Media, we partner with ambitious founders, startups, and growing brands and businesses to build visibility, credibility, and influence through strategic public relations, media relations, thought leadership, and personal branding. Personal branding includes instagram and Linkedin brand building for founders that can serve as a lead generation funnel for businesses.

Our approach goes beyond traditional PR. We help visionary leaders shape narratives, build meaningful industry presence, and create long-term business impact through strategic communications. As we continue to scale across India and expand into international markets, mostly GCC, we are looking for an experienced leader who can drive the company's next phase of growth.

This is not a conventional leadership role.

We are looking for a highly accomplished PR industry leader to partner with our Founder in building the next chapter of Equations PR & Media. This individual will take ownership of business growth, client acquisition, operational excellence, and team development while enabling the Founder to focus on strategic expansion, brand building, opening up new markets, and long-term growth initiatives and growing her podcast channel ‘Breakthrough Moments’.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building high-value client relationships, leading large teams, driving agency revenue, and scaling operations within a PR and marketing agency environment.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a growing agency and, for the right individual, evolve into a long-term strategic leadership position to lead the company’s operations.

• Drive business growth by acquiring high-value PR and communications clients.
• Own annual revenue targets and consistently deliver business growth.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Represent Equations PR & Media at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
• Lead client acquisition efforts from prospecting to proposal development and deal closure.
• Build strong relationships with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers.
• Oversee day-to-day company operations and ensure smooth execution across teams.
• Lead, mentor, and manage client servicing and internal teams.
• Drive operational efficiency, accountability, and performance across departments.
• Be a part of the new business pitches with AD’s and AM’s and help in strategic thinking
• Collaborate closely with the Founder on strategic business initiatives and long-term expansion plans.
• Support market expansion initiatives, including future international growth opportunities.
  

We're looking for someone who combines commercial excellence with exceptional leadership.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 12–15+ years of experience in Public Relations.
• Experience as a Senior Account Director, Business Head, Vice President, or equivalent leadership role.
• A proven track record of consistently generating new business for a PR agency.
• Strong experience managing key client relationships.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and agency operations.
• Deep understanding of the PR, media, and communications landscape.
• Strong industry network across founders, brands, corporates, and media.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial approach to business growth.
