As the Vice President of Real Estate, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team (of both in-office and remote staff) and report to the Chief Development Officer in assisting franchisees with consummating real estate agreements using a lease or purchase agreement for new locations. You are an excellent communicator; you take great pride in the quality of your work. Your Skills and Experience: Working knowledge of the franchise industry. Commercial real estate transactional experience; retail, office and other commercial real estate primarily focused on commercial-retail real estate. Experience with commercial real estate leases, contracts, land transactions and purchase agreements. Ability to negotiate business terms of a commercial lease or purchase agreement. Excellent communication skills & ability to lead. Ability to travel 5 to 10%. Process driven and creative and innovative Detail oriented Ability to work collaboratively to achieve business objectives Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, work independently Strong professional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization Qualifications Why us?
