💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (Based on skills, portfolio & interview performance)

🎯 Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are encouraged to apply)

About the Role

We're looking for a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist who understands this.

Someone who can take an idea, a raw clip, or a script and transform it into content that educates, engages, and drives action.

This isn't a role where you'll only cut videos. You'll help build brands through storytelling, motion design, visual communication, and content built for today's digital-first audience.

What You'll Be Working On

• Short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & LinkedIn
• Motion graphics and animated explainers
• Brand campaigns and digital advertisements
• Product demonstrations and promotional videos
• Podcast edits and long-form video content
• Social media creatives with animation
• Internal branding and employer branding content

Your Responsibilities

• Edit engaging, high-retention videos for multiple digital platforms
• Create motion graphics and animations using After Effects or similar tools
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and strategy teams to bring concepts to life
• Add subtitles, transitions, visual effects, and sound design where required
• Ensure every piece of content aligns with the client's brand identity
• Stay updated with social media trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices
• Manage multiple creative projects while maintaining quality and timelines

You're a Great Fit If You

• Have strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro
• Can create motion graphics using Adobe After Effects
• Understand pacing, storytelling, typography, colour, and composition
• Have experience editing short-form social media content
• Enjoy experimenting with new creative styles and trends
• Can take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
• Love creating work that people actually stop scrolling to watch

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Blender
• DaVinci Resolve
• CapCut (Professional Workflow)
• Sound Design
• Color Grading
