Our team comprises over 350 creative individuals from 42 different countries and2 offices in Vilnius, Lithuania. We’re looking for a visionary Video Content Lead to drive the creative direction of our Mr. Bricks project. You’ll have full ownership of the creative direction, write clear, engaging briefs for scripts that guide our production team, direct content that cuts through the noise, and inspire a high-performing team to bring your ideas to life. What You Will Do: Lead writers’ rooms, give easy-to-understand and constructive feedback to scriptwriters, and maintain a strong creative vision for every script; Invent compelling video ideas through in-depth research and audience analysis; Write clear, actionable briefs for scripts, ensuring the structure and narrative flow are well-defined for the production team; Stay on top of YouTube and internet trends, and take an active role in transforming cultural insights into well-structured briefs and engaging scripts; Oversee production and post-production through final delivery, while identifying opportunities for improvement; Use performance data to continuously refine and improve creative output; Provide sharp, constructive feedback that pushes creative boundaries and elevates team performance. What We Expect: Proven experience leading creative teams or content development in a digital media environment; Experience writing briefs for scripts and a strong understanding of script structure; In-depth knowledge of YouTube: how to win with thumbnails, titles, video structure, and storytelling; A sharp creative eye with a bold, strategic approach to content; Strong storytelling instincts - you know how to make content fun, emotional, and binge-worthy; Genuine passion for internet trends, meme culture, and the online world that fuels content; A hands-on, quality-driven mindset - you care about the small stuff because it makes the big picture shine.
