What You’ll Do

• Assist in designing social posts, and marketing assets for clients.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, ads).
• Repurpose and adapt creative content across multiple digital platforms.
• Collaborate with strategists to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Research and apply trending styles, formats, and creative techniques for digital content.
• Work with GRO's AI infrastructure to further AI production of video content.

What We’re Looking For

• Current student or recent graduate in Video Production, Media, Marketing, or related field.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools (Canva, Final Cut Pro, Figma, etc.).
• Portfolio (school projects, freelance, or personal work) showcasing design or editing skills.
• Strong creative eye with attention to detail and brand alignment.
• Interest in social media trends, digital storytelling, and marketing content.
• Organized, efficient, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
