Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a highly skilled, creative, and AI-savvy Video Editor to join our marketing team. This person will be responsible for producing high-performing ad creatives for our mobile app across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate understands what makes content convert, stays ahead of social media trends, and knows how to rapidly test different hooks, editing styles, and creative concepts. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just edit videos-they use AI to work faster, create more variations, and constantly bring fresh ideas that improve performance. They should be proactive, responsible, hardworking, and able to produce polished, high-quality creatives with minimal direction or feedback.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-performing video ads for our mobile app
• Create new ad creatives on an ongoing basis (with AI, 10-20 per day)
• Continuously test different hooks, formats, editing styles, and creative concepts to improve performance
• Adapt creatives for different placements and platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts, Stories, Reels, etc.)
• Stay up to date with social media trends, AI tools, and viral content formats
• Generate multiple creative variations quickly using AI-assisted workflows
• Bring fresh creative ideas and concepts- not just execute briefs
• Work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality and speed

Requirements

• Strong experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, etc.)
• Excellent design, storytelling, and editing skills
• Experience creating high-performing video ads for mobile apps or digital products
• Strong understanding of social media trends and viral content formats
• Experience creating videos for multiple platforms and placements
• Experience using AI tools such as Arcads, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to speed up creative production, generate new concepts, and quickly create multiple creative variations
• Experience creating 3D game ads, playable ads, or mobile game creatives
• Ability to produce one high-quality creative every day while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and deliver polished creatives with minimal feedback or revisions
• Ability to make playable videos
• Proactive, organized, responsible, and hardworking
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly based on performance data
• Full proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Genuine love for dogs
• CV and portfolio required

Working Hours

Sunday–Thursday 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Israel Time)

This is a remote position.
