We’re seeking a dynamic Creative Operations Manager to lead the flow and efficiency of our Video Editing team, ensuring every project moves seamlessly from shoot to final delivery.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Video Editor who lives and breathes direct-response ad creative—especially for Instagram and Meta platforms. You’re not just editing videos—you’re crafting thumb-stopping sales machines that drive performance. This role is for someone who knows what makes people click, convert, and come back—and can use AI tools to scale that success fast.

You’ll work inside a high-performance creative system. You’ll take raw footage, Broll or AI-generated visuals and turn them into scroll-stopping Instagram ads that sell. You’ll also collaborate closely with copywriters, media buyers, and AI strategists to iterate fast based on real performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS, AOV).

Responsibilities

• Edit direct-response video ads for Instagram and Meta that convert—fast-paced, hook-driven, and product-focused
• Work with scripts, voiceovers, b-roll, and user-generated content to deliver ad-ready edits
• Use AI tools to assist with voiceovers, video cleanup, and dynamic edits
• Collaborate with copywriters and creative strategists to bring 10/10 hooks and angles to life visually
• Break longer edits into modular formats for testing different hooks, CTAs, and punchlines
• Maintain speed and volume
• Track performance of your edits and iterate based on data (CTR, CVR, ROAS)
• Contribute to a swipe file and library of top-performing layouts, templates, and styles
• Adapt creatives for different placements: IG Stories, Reels, Feed, Facebook
• Stay up to date with what’s working in the market—and apply it fast

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing sales-focused Instagram ads—with results to back it up
• Strong portfolio of high-converting DTC-style video ads (especially in health, beauty, or ecommerce)
• Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut, etc
• Familiarity with AI tools for editing and asset creation: Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, Descript
• Strong visual instincts for pacing, text overlays, product shots, and UGC integration
• Experience editing within brand guidelines while still pushing performance
• Fast editor—able to turn around concepts and revisions quickly
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects and versions at once
