About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to create engaging content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms. You will be responsible for editing educational talking-head videos, short-form content, and high-performing ad creatives that align with our brand and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality YouTube videos, Reels, Shorts, online course content, and performance marketing ad creatives.
• Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form videos.
• Create motion graphics, animations, captions, transitions, and other visual enhancements.
• Utilize AI tools for video editing, image generation, voiceovers, and creative workflows.
• Collaborate with the content, creative, and marketing teams to produce high-performing content.
• Ensure all videos maintain brand consistency and are delivered within deadlines.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
• Experience editing talking-head videos for YouTube, courses, and social media.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, audience retention, and social media trends.
• Experience with motion graphics and visual effects.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered editing tools is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Good written and spoken English.
• A portfolio showcasing your best YouTube videos, short-form content, and motion graphics is mandatory.

Preferred

• Experience working with creators, coaches, EdTech, or personal brands.
• Experience editing high-converting Meta and YouTube ad creatives.
• Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of color grading and audio enhancement.
